I paid $20 just to have a wet and still filthy car! This “car wash” is junk and a complete rip off! I understand that it is a drive-through and not a whole detail, but come on, the rear of my car wasn’t even touched by a single brush. I don’t expect perfection, but I at least expect that it’s going to wash the vast majority of the dirt off the car.

STAY AWAY unless you like higher prices and people that dont care. The claim to be the lowest gas price in town, NOT True. The gas station on the corner of Bayshore Rd is $2.39 a gallon cash or card. No car wash. As stated on the other post no one working the counter, The women from the dunkin donuts had to find the cashier working gas station, I paid at pump then went inside to get a soda Pepsi 20oz was on sale 2 for $3.oo dollars rang up $1.99 I told the cashier about the sale stickers and she said I dont know they just ring up that way. Now this is the second time this happend first time the owner said OO next soda of us, I went back to get gas and take her up on that offer, Guess what that never happend, and the same stickers on still on soda, I called her cell phone again this time she didnt answer, As I was walking out I noticed a very young kid in the Dunkin Donut in a working zone holding a small pan, My mom snapped a pic turns out it was a good pic because in the enterance there a sign saying Employee Only. Car wash is finally open again! And they had a sale, which was great because the prices for a wash were a bit high. The automated system worked well. My car was cleaned pretty well, although there was still a bit of soap on the back.

Took my vehicle in to be Express washed. When my car got to the dryer it was still covered in soap. I told the gentlemen drying the car and they said "That happens". They proceeded to dry the vehicle and smear the soap (I mean bubbles everywhere!). When I took it back the area where I paid they said "We use a lot of soap". No offer to re-rinse, no apology, no care for customer satisfaction. I try to frequent small businesses here in the area, but I will not be taking my vehicle back there ever again.

In order to post, it makes me give it one star but trust me it is not worth that. Terrible experience. Walked in at 3:02 PM purchased a car wash. Once I went back outside I was told car washing is done for the day and the employees walked away. Absolute worst customer experience ever. Now how in the world am I supposed to know car washing is done for the day secondly, why would they sell me a car wash if they were done for the day. Will never go back to this location ever again and I will tell everyone I know not to go to this location due to the terrible customer service.
